Misha Shulman (Playwright) is an award-winning, New York City based playwright, director and actor, and 2012/2013 fellow of LABA, the National Laboratory for New Jewish Culture. Previously Writer in Residence at Theater for the New City (TNC) in New York, and at Toronto’s Crow’s Theatre, Misha is a graduate of the MFA in Playwriting program at Brooklyn College, under Mac Wellman. Born and raised in Jerusalem, Misha has been writing, directing and acting in New York since 1999. His plays have been produced to great acclaim in NYC at Theater for the New City, Dixon Place, The Drilling Company, Hunter College and Club Midway, as well as across the US. Internationally his plays have been presented in Australia, Israel and Canada. Misha’s work has been published by TCG, Tikkun, and NOW Magazine. He has worked extensively with the Living Theatre, DADA New York, Bread and Puppet, and Toronto’s Festival of Clowns, and is the founding director of The Boundless Theater.

Ian Morgan (Director) is currently Associate Artistic Director of The New Group, where he's worked since 1999, developing and directing new work, and running the New Group (naked) second stage series and the New Group/New Works play development program. He also supervises and directs Life Stories, the New Group ensemble for New York City high school students. For The New Group, he has directed Critical Darling by Barry Levey, A Spalding Gray Matter by Michael Brandt, and the Drama Desk-nominated The Accomplices, by Bernard Weinraub. Recent productions also include Progress by Matei Visniec (Immigrants Theatre Project at HERE); Ham Lake by Nat Bennett and Sam Rosen, and The Toad Poems by Gerald Locklin and George Carroll (both at the Soho Playhouse); Ethnic Cleansing Day by Brett Neveu (The Production Company at the Kraine); Missing Time by Michael Brandt (Breedingground at CSV); and the 24 Hour Plays at the Lucille Lortel and the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway. He has also directed and workshopped new work at the Atlantic, Center Stage, the O'Neill, the Public, Rattlestick, New York Theater Workshop, New Dramatists, and Ensemble Studio Theatre. Ian previously worked as a director and dramaturg in Minneapolis, where he was a literary manager at The Playwrights' Center.
