Last night
by elisabeth frankel
In the middle of the night, two young American peace activists – one Jew, one Muslim – unexpectedly meet, both of them on the cusp of an irreversible decision. Throughout the evening, the two unlikely friends debate politics, reveal personal tragedies, and come to a surprising and romantic mutual understanding.
